multi-event star Alice Lennox won the junior Heptathlon
with a superb PB of 4978 points in the McCain

26 April 2009 - Michelle Ross-Cope ran an excellent 2.36.02
on her London Marathon debut
as she finished 2nd British Woman overall. Steve Bazell
also debuted with a strong 2.48.19 as warm conditions had an effect on
