This was a very good performance on an extremely hot day. It means
that if we finish ahead of Liverpool or Birchfield we will reach the
Final. Tom Gayle
had
a good day with a 2nd and a 3rd in the 1500m and 800m, and brother Nik
came first in the
"B" 110m Hurdles. Newcomers Shaun Hewitt and Tom Raizada
made good debuts
Danny Thompson smashed his PB in the High Jump with 1m90. Nathan
Lawton and Chris Steele showed good form in the Pole Vault and all
other athletes gave
their all in sapping conditions.
