Although I am very disappointed at missing out on the Final to Liverpool by the narrowest margin of 1 point, nevertheless there were many good performances to be pleased about; Tom Gayle won the 800m and was 3rd in the 1500m, Chris Minor ducked below 9 minutes for the first time in the 3000m, Steven Lewis equalled his PB with 4.60 in the Pole Vault and Nik Gayle and Robin Smith both performed well in the 110m Hurdles. This is a young team and will be all the stronger next season.
