This was another solid team performance, in poor wether, to cement the Boys Team in another final.In the Under 17s, Alex Nelson had victory in the 100m, as did Alistair Candlish in the hurdles, Steven Latham in the High Jump, Nathan Lawton in the Pole Vault,  Leigh Ingram in the Discus, and Sean Lewis in the Hammer. In the Boys group there were victories for Matt Hubbard in the 800m, Alex Derricott in the 1500m, Andrew Marsh in the Pole Vault, and Lee Ashley in the Javelin. In the Colts, Matt Lowe won the 1500m. However, the performance of the day goes to Damian Gallagher, who injured his leg in the first lap of the 3000m, but carried on to win the "B" event and gain valuable points, showing real team spirit.
