Nelson gets a taste of the big time!

City of Stoke AC’s sprint
sensation Alex Nelson, along with the rest of the cream of the UK’s
sprinting talent got to share centre stage with international
superstars such as Mark Lewis Francis, Marion Jones, Haile
Gebreselasie, and Ashia Hansen to name a few at the International
Grand Prix.
In a brilliant race which saw the
first five separated by only 0.05 of a second Nelson claimed
second despite competing against Great Britain Internationals up
to 2 years older than himself.
