Perfect start to the New Year

The six athletes that arrived at the first part of the Midland Indoor Championships all made the perfect start to the New Year as each one came away victorious. The highlights included a championship best for Katie Dennison, and three athletes entering the top 10 UK all time lists as Alex Nelson went to 2^nd on the U17 UK All time lists of the 60m behind Mark Lewis Francis, reigning National U20 AAA 60m hurdles champion Nicholas Gayle shot himself to 7^th for the event, while young Andrew Marsh’s performance sent him in at 9^th equal.
