22nd October 2005	NATIONAL WOMENS 4 STAGE ROAD RELAY - SUTTON PARK
	After a gap of a couple of years it was great to see Stoke AC Women's team competing at National level in the Road Relay again. All the team ran well, but Michelle Cope's run on the 3rd leg was astonishing, gaining 21 places for the team and resulting in an individual time only one second outside the top 10 in an extremely high quality field. It is much harder to run a fast time when you are outside the top few teams... Quietly does it for Michelle, but this run yet again reminded everyone how good she really is when motivated and injury free. Team Result: 30th 50. Clare Booker       16.22 53.
