  28/29th May 2006 INTER-COUNTIES TRACK AND FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS - BEDFORD


There were some excellent results from Bedford led by a strong run from Alex Nelson in winning the men's 200m. Tom Gayle also recorded his best ever result with a bronze medal in the 800m.
