An brilliant 2nd place in the senior men for Pete Benyon was the
highlight of a relatively small Stoke AC representation at the Cheshire
Cross Country Championships.
The day after leading the team home in the Birmingham League at Coventry
Pete showed further evidence of his improved form with a strong performance
- only beaten by Notts AC Cross Country International Rob Birchall.
Mark Kinch was another Stoke runner competing in his second race in one
weekend as he finished 3rd vet O40 and 16th overall.
