Senior team give it there all in South Wales

A massive well done to all the athletes, officials and volunteers who made the journey to the Midlands League match in Newport, South Wales today. An enthralling day of athletics, where our athletes went above and beyond, not just in their own specialised events but often filling in others as well. There was some fantastic performances, culminating in an exciting 4x400m relay where our two teams finished first and second in their respective strings. Well done everyone!
